高针距双面针织物织造技术研究

摘要 文章主要从原料优选和优化、设备优选和参数,以及织造工艺3个方面对高针距双面针织物的织造过程和织造技术难题进行研究探讨。结果表明:高针距双面织物对原料品质的要求比较高,选用赛络紧密纺的纱线更有利于高针距双面针织物的生产稳定性;高针距双面织物对设备精密度要求较高,对织针等配件要求也较高,设备各项精度在基准范围内,才能保证布面质量情况;织造工艺的确定需要根据原料和织机的选用,经过多次调试不同参数后方可确定。 In this paper,the knitting process and technical problems of high gauge double-knitted fabrics are studied and discussed from three aspects such as material selection and optimization,equipment selection and parameters,and knitting process.The results show that the high gauge double-knitted fabrics require high quality of raw materials,and siro compact-spun yarns are more conducive to the production stability of high gauge doubleknitted fabrics.High gauge double-knitted fabrics require high precision of the equipment,needles and other accessories.The precision of the equipment ensure the quality of the fabrics.Knitting process is determined by the selection of raw materials and machines,which depends on many times of adjustment of different parameters.
