一种亲水作用色谱对APEO分离方法的研究

摘要 我国现行标准对纺织服装中APEO的检测目前主要有液相色谱和色谱质谱联用技术,液相色谱(HPLC)在APEO的检测方面得到普遍应用。本文通过分析保留机理,探讨筛选亲水离子作用色谱柱(HILIC),利用高效液相色谱条件,探究亲水作用色谱检测APEO的方法,达到液质联用技术精密度的同时提高了检测效率,简便、快速、重现性好,结果稳定,满足当前国标对烷基酚类检测的标准要求,也为Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX标准提供了一种检测方法,具有很好的实用性。 The current standard for detection of APEO in textile and clothing is mainly relied on the LC-MS and HPLC,which have been widely applied.In this paper,by analysis of the retention mechanism,it screens the hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography(HILIC)columns,and finally establishes a new method of detection of APEO by using HPLC.This newly developed method is accurate,simple,quick,reproducible and stable,which increases the detection efficiency and meets the current national standard for the detection of alkyl phenols.Moreover,it provides the Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX a new and highly practicable detection method.
