Effect of Morphology Control and Ion Doping on Photocatalytic Performance of Zinc Oxide

摘要 利用水热法制备出不同形貌的ZnO,探究形貌对ZnO光催化降解性能的影响。利用金(Au)、氧化石墨烯(GO)对ZnO进行改性,通过紫外-可见漫反射光谱和甲基橙降解率考察样品降解活性和稳定性能。结果表明:棒状ZnO在紫外区域具有较高的光催化降解活性;Au/ZnO、GO/ZnO和GO-Au/ZnO在可见光下催化降解活性均优于ZnO,其中GO-Au/ZnO光催化降解活性最好,在可见光下甲基橙降解率可达到95.94%;经过改性的ZnO不仅具有优良的催化降解活性,还具有良好的稳定性能。 ZnO with different morphologies were prepared by hydrothermal method,and the effect of morphology on the photocatalytic degradation of ZnO was investigated.Gold(Au)and graphene oxide(GO)were used to modify ZnO.The degradation activity and stability of the samples were investigated by UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis)and methyl orange degradation rate.The results show that ZnO has higher photocatalytic degradation activity in the ultraviolet region.The catalytic degradation activity of Au/ZnO,GO/ZnO and GO-Au/ZnO is better than that of ZnO under visible light.Among them,GO-Au/ZnO has the best photocatalytic degradation activity,and the degradation rate of methyl orange under visible light can reach 95.94%.The modified ZnO has not only good catalytic degradation activity but also good stability performance.
