提花纬编人造毛皮机喂毛控制方法

摘要 由于提花纬编人造毛皮机控制系统存在机械零位与电零位偏差、每色毛条密度偏差、断条检测灵敏度问题、故障停车传动系统非线性导致停车线问题,会造成产品不合格,影响产品质量。文中介绍人造毛皮机控制系统组成及功能,分析系统喂毛工作原理,通过喂毛提前量控制、每色毛条密度独立设定、断条灵敏度控制,以及停车线补偿控制方法改进,实现系统喂毛控制,提高了产品的质量和品质。 Due to the existence of mechanical zero and electrical zero deviation,density deviation of each color wool sliver,detection sensitivity problem of broken sliver,and parking line problem caused by non-linear faultparking transmission system in the control system of jacquard weft artificial fur knitting machine,which may cause unqualified products and affect the quality of products.This paper introduces the composition and function of the control system of the artificial fur machine,and analyzes the working principle of fur-feeding.By controlling the fur-feeding advance extent,setting the density of each color wool sliver independently,controlling the sensitivity of broken sliver and improving the control method of parking line compensation,the wool feeding control of the system is realized,and the quality of the products improved.
