摘要
为探究预处理对纤维成分检测结果的影响程度,采用三级水沸煮、皂片和氢氧化钠沸煮两种预处理方法,对两种不同涤棉样品进行预处理,然后采用硫酸法进行纤维定量检测。对比不同预处理条件下纤维含量检测结果,优选预处理方案,并对方案进行重复性测试验证。结果表明:对于在显微镜下能明显观察到非纤维物质的样品,未预处理的纤维定量检测结果允差可能超出标准允差范围,建议进行适当的预处理;对样品进行有效的预处理将明显提升纤维定量检测准确性。
In order to explore the influence of pretreatment on the detection results of fiber composition,two pretreatment methods,namely three-stage water boiling,soap flake and sodium hydroxide boiling,were used to pre-treat two different polyester and cotton samples,and then sulfuric acid method was used for fiber quantitative detection.The fiber content detection results under different pretreatment conditions were compared to optimize the pretreatment scheme,and the reproducibility test was carried out to verify the scheme.The results show that for the samples with non-fibrous substances clearly observed under the microscope,the tolerance of fiber quantitative detection results without pretreatment may exceed the standard tolerance range,and appropriating pretreatment is recommended.Effective pretreatment of the samples would significantly improve the accuracy of fiber quantitative detection.
