针织物松式连续化练漂技术探讨

Discussion on Loose Type Continuous Scouring and Bleaching Technology of Knitted Fabric

文中对棉针织物松式连续化练漂设备和工艺进行了探讨。提出松式连续化练漂可使易拉伸变形针织物获得较高的密度和尺寸稳定性。指出松式连续化练漂设备应由松式连续化水洗机、练漂反应的松式汽蒸箱或浸煮装置和松式预处理3个部分的单元机组成,其中对原坯布进行初次湿处理的预处理单元机对织物的松弛处理,是控制织物密度和尺寸稳定性以及布面平整度的关键步骤。文中指出,当下行业普遍采用的染色机练漂法所具有的适用织物范围广和松式加工方式这两大优点,应是研究棉针织物连续化练漂新技术时要重点考虑的内容。

This article discusses the loose type continuous scouring and bleaching equipment and technology of cotton knitted fabrics.It proposes that the loose type continuous scouring and bleaching can make the easily stretchable knitted fabric obtain higher density and dimensional stability.It is pointed out that the loose continuous scouring and bleaching equipment should be composed of a loose continuous washing machine,a loose steaming box or a leaching device for the scouring and bleaching reaction,and a loose pretreatment unit.Among them,the relaxation treatment of the fabric by the pretreatment unit that performs the primary wet treatment on the original grey fabric is a key step to control the density and dimensional stability of the fabric and the flatness of the fabric surface.The article points out that the two major advantages of the wide range of applicable fabrics and loose processing methods of the dyeing machine scouring and bleaching method commonly used in the industry should be the key considerations when studying the new technology of continuous scouring and bleaching of cotton knitted fabrics.
