染化料自动输送系统的选择与管理

Selection and Management of Dyeing Material Automatic Conveying System

现代化的印染厂会配备染料、助剂的自动量取和输送系统,但是不同类型的印染厂需配备不同种类的染化料自动称量和输送系统。文中对目前现有的自动称量和输送系统即人工称量和输送、半自动称量和输送、全自动称量和输送进行了分析,并对轨道式输送、粉状染料化料输送和母液输送的优缺点及适应性进行了剖析。以期为不同规模、不同类型的印染厂选择配备称量和输送系统提供参考。

Modern printing and dyeing plants will be equipped with automatic measurement and delivery system of dyes and auxiliaries.But different types of printing and dyeing plants need to be equipped with different kinds of dyeing auxiliaries automatic weighing and delivery system,or it may not be good to use this system.Existing automatic weighing and conveying system namely artificial weighing and conveying,semi-automatic and transmission,automatic weighing and conveying are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the track conveyor,powder dye material transporting and mother liquid transportation are presented,which provides references for factories of different sizes and different types to select weighing and conveying systems.
