摘要
介绍特里科经编机编织低密度方格面料时坯布的异常现象,基于E2528/3H-238型经编机进行编织,从布面、工艺组织、成圈摆动、牵引等方面进行原因分析。通过调整成圈位置、改进牵引机构、调整张力补偿,能有效解决低密度方格面料编织异常的问题。并对1台E2528/3H-238型经编机进行实例改进验证,结果表明,编织牵引密度为15.5横列/cm的方格面料时布面正常,牵引平稳可靠。该研究可为经编织造企业提高面料产品品质提供思路。
This paper introduces the abnormal phenomena in the knitting of low-density check grey fabric on Tricot warp knitting machine.Based on E2528/3 H-238 warp knitting machine,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of fabric surface,technological structure,swinging,take-away and so on.By adjusting the position of lap formation,improving the take-away mechanism and adjusting the tension compensation,the problem of abnormal knitting of low-density check fabric can be effectively solved.An example of E2528/3 H-238 warp knitting machine has been improved and verified.The results show that the drawing density of 15.5 courses/cm check fabric is normal,and the drawing is stable and reliable.The research provides ideas for warp knitting enterprises to improve fabric quality.
