无论是以往的总规-控规-专项规划为主导的规划编制时代,还是目前以"五级三类"体系的国土空间规划新时代,公共服务是评判城市生活品质的核心内容之一。文章立足多年的规划编制经验,对城市公共服务配套体系的配置方法和方式进行总结和探索,旨在为国土空间规划中能构建城乡均等的基本公共服务设施体系提供参考经验。

Public service is one of the core contents to judge the quality of urban life,whether in the past planning era dominated by general planning,control planning and special planning,or the current new era of land space planning based on the system of"five levels and three categories".Based on years of experience in planning,this paper summarizes and explores the allocation methods and methods of urban public service supporting system,aiming to provide reference experience for the construction of equal basic public service facilities system in urban and rural areas in land space planning.
