宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染是宫颈癌发生的重要因素,本文从厥阴病论治宫颈HPV感染,宫颈HPV感染的中医病因病机为阳郁寒凝、复感外邪,并提出解阳郁、散寒凝、攻外邪的核心治法,运用当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤治疗宫颈HPV感染,为中药治疗HPV感染提供新的思路与方法。

Cervical HPV infection is an important factor in the occurrence of cervical cancer.This article will discuss the treatment of cervical HPV infection from the perspective of Jue Yin Disease,Yang stagnation,cold coagulation and invasion by external evil are the etiology and pathogenesis of Cervical HPV infection,the core therapeutic method of relieving Yang depression,dispersing cold coagulation and attacking external pathogenic factors was put forward.This article will treat cervical HPV infection with Angelica Sini plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang decoction,hoping to provide a new idea and method for the treatment of HPV infection with traditional Chinese medicine.
