干眼症患者落实系统性优质顶层护理策略对其情绪状况及社会支持度的影响

The impact of implementing systematic and high-quality top-level nursing strategies on the emotional status and social support of patients with dry eye syndrome

目的:探究干眼症患者落实系统性优质顶层护理策略对其情绪状况及社会支持度的影响。方法:选取我院眼科2022年1—6月接诊收治的68例干眼症患者,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组实施常规性护理方案,观察组实施系统性优质顶层护理策略。①在干预前及干预后1周末,借助焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组焦虑情绪展开评价。②在上述时间节点,借助医学应对方式问卷对两组应对情况与得分展开评价。③在上述时间节点,以社会支持评定量表对两组感知到的社会支持水平进行评价。④在干预后1周末,以自制的护理服务满意度问卷作为测评工具,对满意度进行评价。结果:观察组干预后的焦虑自评得分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的屈服、回避等应对方式得分低于对照组,面对等应对方式得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的社会支持度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统性优质顶层护理策略应用于干眼症患者,能减轻个体焦虑情绪,能帮助个体主动践行积极应对方式,提高社会支持力度与护理满意度,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing systematic top level nursing strategy on the emotional status and social support of dry eye patients.Methods:68 patients with dry eye admitted in our ophthalmology department from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 34 patients in each group.Among them,the control group implemented routine nursing plan,and the observation group implemented systematic top level nursing strategy of high quality.①Before and at the end of the week after the intervention,the anxiety of the patients in the two groups was evaluated with the help of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).②At the above time nodes,the medical coping style questionnaire was used to evaluate the coping situation and scores of the two groups of patients.③At the above time nodes,the perceived social support level of the two groups of patients was evaluated with the Social Support Rating Scale.④At the end of the week after the intervention,the self-made nursing service satisfaction questionnaire was used as the evaluation tool to evaluate the satisfaction.Results:The scores of self rating anxiety in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of coping styles such as yielding and avoidance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of coping styles such as facing were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The social support of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic high-quality top-level nursing strategy in dry eye patients can reduce the anxiety of individuals,help individuals actively practice positive coping styles,and improve their social support and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
