蒙医药治疗女性生殖道感染的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Female Reproductive Tract Infection with Mongolian Medicine

生殖道感染是全球范围内女性面临的健康问题,具有反复性、难治性、广泛性等特征,严重威胁生殖健康。传统西医对于女性生殖道感染的治疗方法主要是抗生素和对症治疗,但日益严重的抗药性及远期预后的不确定性,也是传统西医亟待解决的问题。蒙医药作为中国传统医学,从蒙医特有的三根失衡理论解释疾病,并辅助传统蒙药作为治疗手段,具有见效快、不良反应少、经济实惠等特点,通过论述蒙医药对女性常见的几种生殖道感染的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供更多方向。

As a serious health problem faced by women worldwide,female reproductive tract infection seriously threatens women’s reproductive health,which is characterized by recurrence,difficulty in curing and universality.Traditional Western medicine mainly adopts antibiotics and symptomatic treatment,but the increasingly severe drug resistance and uncertainty of long-term prognosis are urgent issues that traditional Western medicine needs to solve.With the characteristics of quick effect,few side effects and economic benefits,Mongolian medicine,as a traditional Chinese medicine,explains diseases according to the unique theory of“three root disharmony”and assists traditional Mongolian medicine as a treatment method.It is hoped to provide more directions for clinical treatment by discussing the therapeutic effects of Mongolian medicine on several common reproductive tract infections in women.
