维药寒喘祖帕颗粒应用于小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Uyghur medicine Hanchuan Zupa granule applied to children with bronchial pneumonia

目的:评价小儿支气管肺炎应用维药寒喘祖帕颗粒的治疗效果。方法:对2020年9月-2021年9月在我院进行治疗的支气管肺炎患儿,进行纳入排除筛选,选取符合研究标准的90例患儿作为研究对象,分组依据随机数表法分为常规组和治疗组,各45例。采用常规基础治疗的为常规组,采取常规治疗联合维药寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗的为治疗组,对两组治疗效果进行评价。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率(95.56%,43/45)高于常规组(77.78%,35/45)(P<0.05);治疗组住院时间、临床症状缓解时间均低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率(6.67%,3/45)与常规组(4.44%,2/45)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组满意度(97.78%,44/45)与常规组(75.56%,34/45)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿支气管肺炎,采取维药寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗,可对临床症状进行改善,促进恢复,提高疗效,且临床用药安全性较高,提升护理满意度,可在临床推广。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Han Chuan Zupa granules,a Uyghur medicine,on children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:A total of 90 children who were treated with pediatric bronchopneumonia in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected for inclusion and exclusion screening,and 90 children who met the research criteria were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the conventional group and the treatment group,45 cases in each,and those who received conventional basic treatment were the conventional group.The treatment group was treated with conventional treatment combined with TCM hanchuan Zupa granule,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The number of effective treatment was 43 cases(95.56%)in the treatment group than in the conventional group 35 cases(77.78%)(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and clinical symptom relief time in the treatment group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions:3 cases(6.67%)in the treatment group were compared with 2 cases(4.44%)in the routine group(P>0.05);compared with the two groups of treatment satisfaction,there were 44 cases(97.78%)in the treatment group and 2 cases in the routine group.(75.56%)vs.(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with bronchopneumonia,taking Uygur medicine Hanchuanzupa granules can improve the clinical symptoms of children,promote the recovery of children,and improve the therapeutic effect of children,and the clinical drug safety is high.Nursing satisfaction has an improvement effect,which can be popularized and used in clinical practice.
