壮医药改善慢性心力衰竭的初步伦理探讨

Preliminary ethical exploration of Zhuang medicine in improving chronic heart failure

慢性心力衰竭(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)是由于各种器质性或功能性心脏疾病损害心室充盈或射血能力的一组综合征,为各种心血管系统疾病发展的终末阶段。研究表明CHF已经成为严重威胁我国居民健康的疾病之一,寻求安全、有效改善慢性心力衰竭临床治疗效果方案成为心血管领域研究亟待解决的难题。壮医是极具特色的广西民族医学,现代药理学研究表明诸多壮药具有显著的抗心肌纤维化、保护心肌细胞的作用。笔者团队多年来在国医大师黄瑾明教授的启发下进行了一系列壮医药改善心力衰竭的临床研究,结果显示壮医药在改善慢性心力衰竭方面有着显著临床疗效。本文就壮医药改善慢性心力衰竭的科学性、可行性进行论证,旨在为壮医药参与心血管危急重症的防治提供理论依据。

Chronic heart failure(CHF)is a group of syndromes that impair ventricular filling or ejection capacity due to various organic or functional heart diseases.It is the final stage of the development of various cardiovascular diseases.Relevant research shows that CHF has become one of the diseases that seriously threaten the residents of our country,so how to find a safe and effective clinical treatment plan for chronic heart failure has become a difficult problem to be solved in the cardiovascular field.Zhuang medicine is a distinctive ethnic medicine in Guangxi.Modern pharmacological research shows that many Zhuang medicine have significant anti Myocardial fibrosis and protection of myocardial cells.The author's team has carried out a series of clinical studies on Zhuang medicine to improve heart failure inspired by Professor Huang Jinming,a master of Chinese medicine,for many years.The research results show that Zhuang medicine has significant clinical efficacy in improving chronic heart failure.This article demonstrates the scientific and feasibility of Zhuang Medicine in improving chronic heart failure,in order to provide a scientific theoretical basis for Zhuang Medicine to participate in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular critical disease.
