壮西六味丸(壮西六味散)的研究情况

Research status of Zhuangxi Liuwei Pill(Zhuangxi Liuwei Powder)

利用中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库、万方医学网数据库等中文数据库和PubMed、EMbase等英文数据库,归纳总结传统蒙药壮西六味丸的研究进展。关于壮西六味丸的研究主要集中在含量测定、质量控制、单药化学成分、药理作用的研究和临床研究。临床上主要以丸剂和散剂使用。壮西六味丸具有祛寒、止吐功能,含有多种化学成分,药理研究表明,单药具有抗炎、抗菌、改善微循环等作用。目前临床上配合其他蒙药,用于胃衰病、胃宝如病、更年期综合征、偏头痛、过敏性紫癜的治疗。

Using Chinese databases such as CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang data,and English databases such as PubMed and EMbase,the research progress of traditional Mongolian medicine Zhuangxi-6 pills(powder)was summarized.The research on Zhuangxi-6 Pills(powder)mainly focuses on the content determination,quality control,single drug chemical composition,pharmacological effect research and clinical research.Zhuangxi-6 pills(powder)have the functions of dispelling cold and antiemetic.It contains a variety of chemical components,and pharmacological studies have shown that a single drug has the effects of anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and improving microcirculation.At present,it is clinically used in combination with other Mongolian medicines for the treatment of weishuai disease,weibaoru disease,menopausal syndrome,migraine,and allergic purpura.
