探讨蒙医心身互动疗法的治病机理。蒙医心身互动疗法是由内蒙古自治区国际蒙医医院心身科主任纳贡毕力格博士独创的心身疾病的治疗方法。由于其“反常规”的治疗方式,患者不被理解、无法接受。笔者通过现场实践及分析、调查,全面总结、阐述了蒙医心身互动疗法在改变情感认知、治疗心身疾病等方面的作用机理,为现代人群的心身健康及现代医学寻找更加科学、健康的医疗方法提供借鉴。
