藏药消痛贴膏联合元胡止痛滴丸对痛风性关节炎患者关节功能、疼痛和运动能力的影响

Effects of Tibetan medicine Xiaotong paste combined with Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills on joint function,pain and exercise ability in patients with gouty arthritis

目的:探究藏药消痛贴膏联合元胡止痛滴丸对痛风性关节炎的影响。方法:以随机数表法将70例于2020年1月—2022年1月在我院接受治疗的痛风性关节炎患者分为两组,西药组(35例)使用秋水仙碱片联合洛索洛芬钠片进行治疗,中药组(35例)使用藏药消痛贴膏联合元胡止痛滴丸进行治疗,观察两组关节功能、疼痛程度、日常生活和运动能力以及不良反应发生情况。结果:经过治疗,中药组疗效更好(P<0.05)。两组VAS评分均降低,中药组更低;两组Lysholm评分均升高,中药组更高(P<0.05)。中药组ADL、FMA评分高于西药组(P<0.05)。中药组不良反应总发生率低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:藏药消痛贴膏联合元胡止痛滴丸治疗痛风性关节炎,可进一步增强药物治疗效果,对改善临床症状具有积极意义,同时可有效减少治疗后不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Tibetan medicine Xiaotong paste combined with Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills on patients with gouty arthritis.Methods:A total of 70 gouty arthritis patients treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The western medicine group(35 cases)was treated with colchicine tablets combined with loxofen sodium tablets,and the traditional Chinese medicine group(35 cases)was treated with Tibetan medicine Xiaotong paste combined with Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pills.Joint function,pain degree,daily life,exercise ability and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the curative effect of Chinese medicine group was better than that of western medicine group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the two groups was decreased,and it was lower in the TCM group.The Lysholm score of the two groups was increased,and it was higher in the TCM group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of ADL and FMA in the TCM group were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total number of ADR cases in the TCM group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tibetan medicine Xiaotong plaster combined with Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pill in the treatment of gouty knee arthritis can further enhance the effect of drug treatment,improve the clinical symptoms of patients with positive significance,and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
