藏药十一味金色丸的药对配伍规律研究

Study on the compatibility law of Tibetan medicine Shiyiwei golden pills

目的:综述藏药十一味金色丸组成药对的配伍特点及其治疗赤巴病的核心成分,为组方配伍优化和临床应用实践提供思路和方法。方法:采用文献法查阅资料,整理、归纳、统计、总结。结果:查阅《四部医典》《晶珠本草》《中华本草》《中华藏本草》《藏药晶镜本草》等藏医药典籍,整理的1152个方剂中涉及502种藏药材,11味组成药材的使用频次由高至低依次为诃子、榜嘎、麝香、波棱瓜子、石榴子、渣驯膏、铁棒锤、角茴香、黑冰片、酸藤果、蔷薇花。筛重后有672个方剂,配伍频次在2%以上的药对有12对,结合单味药性味效,提出十一味金色丸的核心药对诃子-麝香、诃子-渣驯膏、诃子-波棱瓜子、诃子-榜嘎。结论:总结十一味金色丸组成药对的配伍频次与功效关系,为阐释该方剂的配伍规律、发展藏药配伍理论、促进药对的评价提供新方法与新思路。

Objective:To summarize the combination characteristics of Tibetan medicine Shiyiwei golden pills and its core components in the treatment of‘Chiba’disease,and to provide ideas and methods for the optimization of prescription combination and clinical application practice.Methods:Literature review,collation,statistics,summary.Results:According to the Tibetan medical classics such as‘Jingzhu Bencao’,‘Zhonghua Bencao’,‘Zhonghua Zangbencao’,‘Zangyao Jingjing Bencao’,502 kinds of Tibetan medicinal materials were involved in the 1152 prescriptions.The frequency of 11 kinds of medicinal materials from high to low was Terminalia chebula,Bangga,Musk,Papaya seed,Pomegranate seed,Zha Xungao,Tie Bangchui,Hammer,Hei Bingpian,Suan Tengguo and Rose flower.After screening out repeated prescriptions,the combination frequency of couplet medicines was counted.Among the 672 prescriptions,there were 12 pairs of couplet medicines with combination frequency of more than 2%.Combined with the properties,flavor effects of single drug,the core couplet medicines of Shiyiwei golden pills was put forward,including Terminalia chebula-Musk,Terminalia chebula-Zha Xungao,Terminalia chebula-Pomegranate seed and Terminalia chebula-Bangga.Conclusion:The relationship between the combination frequency and efficacy of Shiyiwei golden pills was systematically summarized,which provided new methods and ideas for explaining the combination law of the prescription,developing the combination theory of Tibetan medicine,and promoting the evaluation of couplet medicines.
