蒙药土木香四味汤的方解、化学成分、药理及临床应用研究进展

蒙药土木香四味汤是蒙医常用复方药物之一,该方历史悠久,由土木香(200 g)、苦参(200 g)、悬钩子木(100 g)、山柰(50 g)配伍组成,是蒙医治疗瘟热病的基础方,经辨证加味可形成62方,清瘟解表,促使热病及疫热成熟,平赫依、血相讧。主要用于未成熟热、疫热、空虚热、宝日巴达干、赫依血不调、血刺痛、感冒等。本文通过系统查阅文献并对土木香四味汤的组方方解及加减方、化学成分、药理作用和现代临床应用进行汇总,为土木香四味汤的研究及二次开发提供参考。

Mongolian medicine Tutuxiang Siwei Decoction is one of the commonly used compound drugs in Mongolian medicine.It has a long history and is composed of Tutuxiang(200 g),Sophora flavescens(200 g),Rubus rubra(100 g),and Kaempferia kaempferi(50 g).It is the basic prescription for Mongolian medicine to treat plague and fever.After differentiation and flavoring,62 prescriptions can be formed,which can clear the plague and clear the surface,promote the maturity of fever and epidemic fever,and promote the peace and harmony of blood.It is mainly used for immature fever,epidemic fever,vacuity fever,Baori Badakan,Heyi blood disorder,blood tingling,cold,etc.In this paper,the author systematically reviewed the literature and summarized the composition,addition and subtraction,chemical composition,pharmacological action and modern clinical application of Tumu Xiang Si Wei Tang,providing reference for the research and secondary development of Tumu Xiang Si Wei Tang.
