蒙成药嘎古拉-4的传统疗效及现代化研究概况

Overview of research on traditional efficacy and modernization of Mongolian patent medicine Gagula-4

目的:了解蒙成药嘎古拉-4的作用机制、化学成分、药理作用、剂型改革,为其临床应用提供参考。方法:以蒙成药“嘎古拉-4”作为关键词,检索中国知网、万方、维普网等数据库,收集归纳与整理近年来的相关文献。结果:检索共得到30余篇论文。结论:嘎古拉-4是经典传统蒙成药,具有主治上行赫依、司命赫依引起的头部刺痛、腹胀肠鸣、脾脏赫依等传统疗效。临床应用研究报道较多,作用机制、化学成分研究报道很罕见。

Objective:to provide reference for its clinical application by understanding the mechanism of action,chemical composition,pharmacological action and dosage form reform of Mongolian patent medicine"gagula-4".Methods:Taking Mongolian patent medicine"gagula-4"as the key word,the databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched,and the relevant literatures in recent years were collected,summarized and sorted out.Results:more than 30 papers were obtained.Conclusion:gagula-4 is one of the classic traditional Mongolian patent medicines.It has the traditional curative effects of head tingling,abdominal distension and bowel ringing caused by ascending Heyi and simingheyi.There are many reports on clinical research,but few reports on the mechanism of action and chemical composition.
