马莲渠张氏正骨治疗100例桡骨远端骨折临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 100 Cases of Fractures of Distal Radius by Ma Lian Qu Zhang’s Bone Orthopedics

目的:观察马莲渠张氏正骨治疗桡骨远端骨折临床效果。方法:采用回顾性分析法对宁夏吴忠马莲渠张氏医院收治的100例桡骨远端骨折患者不同时间点疼痛、肿胀、对位、对线、长度、骨痂量进行评分,对治疗后4周肢体功能评估。结果:疼痛、肿胀、对位、对线、长度与治疗前相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、2、4、6、8周相比逐步改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨痂量除治疗前与治疗后相比无明显改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余相比骨痂量明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后4、6、8周肢体功能评估,功能明显恢复,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马莲渠张氏正骨能有效治疗桡骨远端骨折,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ma Lian Qu Zhang’s bone-setting in treating distal radius fractures.Methods:A total of 100 patients with distal radius fractures in Ma Lian Qu Zhang’s Hospital of Wu Zhong,Ningxia were retrospectively analyzed in terms of pain,swelling,counterpoint,alignment,length,and callus amount at different time points,and then the limb function was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:Pain,swelling,counterpoint,alignment and length were significantly reduced as compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compare with 1,2,4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment,it gradually improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in the amount of callus except for those before and after treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the callus amount,others were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The limb function was evaluated 4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment and the function was significantly restored,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ma Lian Qu Zhang’s bone-setting can effectively treat distal radius fractures,which is worthy of promotion.
