壮医药防治小儿肺系常见病的用药规律分析

Medication Rules of Zhuang Medicine on the Prevention and Treatment of Common Pediatric Pulmonary Diseases

目的:研究数据库收录的壮医药防治小儿肺系常见病的文献,探寻其用药规律。方法:规范处理壮医药治疗小儿肺系常见病的相关文献,利用Excel 2010与SPSS 19.0对数据进行统计分析,总结药物出现的规律。结果:一共收入文献11篇,涉及壮药35味,共9类;药物多以清热、化痰止咳平喘、补益为主要功效,占85.526%;使用3次及以上的药物共4种,累计用药频率92.106%;高频药物以鱼腥草、一点红、龙脷叶为主,占34.524%;药性以寒为主,占31.579%;药味以苦味最为多用,占37.273%,其次为甘味、辛味,各占27.273%、26.364%;归经以肺为主,占36.691%。结论:壮医防治小儿肺系常见病以甘寒清热之品为主、以化痰止咳的药物为辅,有助于发挥壮医药防治小儿肺系常见病的优势。

Objective:To explore the medication rules of Zhuang Medicine on the prevention and treatment of common pediatric pulmonary diseases through studying the literatures retrieved from three major domestic database,which are CNKI,Wanfang,and CQVIP.Methods:The data extracted from the literatures involved in the application of Zhuang Medicine on the treatment and prevention of common pediatric pulmonary diseases were processed with standard method and statistically analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS 19.0 to summarize the medication rules.Results:A total of 11 literatures were included,involving 35 species of Zhuang Medicine within 9 categories.85.526%of these drugs were with the major functions of heat-clearing,phlegm-resolving,cough and asthma relieving,and deficiency-tonifying.4 species of these drugs were applied for 3times or above,with 92.106%as their cumulative frequency.The high-frequency drugs included Yuxingcao(Herba Houttuyniae),Yidianhong(Herba Emiliae Sonchifoliae),and Longliye(Sauropi Folium),accounting for 34.524%.31.579%of the drugs are with the cold nature.37.273%of the drugs are with the taste of bitter,while 27.273%and 26.364%are with sweet and pungent taste respectively.Lung channel is the most common channel tropism,which accounting for 36.691%.Conclusion:The medication of Zhuang medicine in the prevention and treatment of common pediatric pulmonary diseases gave priority to the heat-clearing drugs with the nature of sweet and cold.The phlegm-resolving and cough-relieve drugs took the second place.
