土家医药筒滚熨疗法治疗原发性痛经临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of Tujia medicine tube rolling and ironing therapy in treating primary dysmenorrhea

目的:观察土家医药筒滚熨疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效,并评价和艾条灸法的疗效差异,为土家医药筒滚熨疗法的临床治疗提供证据。方法:将符合纳入标准的121例原发性痛经患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用土家医药筒滚熨疗法,对照组使用艾条灸法。比较两组在首次治疗前、完成3个疗程时、治疗结束3个月时痛经症状评分。结果:两组在首次治疗前、完成3个疗程时、治疗结束3个月时痛经症状评分、COX量表分值均无明显差异,土家医药筒滚熨疗法与艾灸法治疗原发性痛经疗效相当。结论:土家医药筒滚熨疗法能有效缓解原发性痛经疼痛程度,属于一种舒适、有效的治疗原发性痛经的民族医外治疗法,值得推广。

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of tujia rolling therapy for primary dysmenorrhea,evaluate the difference between the curative effect and mugwort moxibustion,and provide evidence for the clinical treatment of tujia rolling therapy.Methods:The 121 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group used Tujia medicine tube rolling therapy,and the control group used moxa moxibustion.Two groups will compare dysmenorrhea symptom scores before the first treatment,at the completion of3 courses,and at 3 months at the end of treatment.Results:There were no significant difference in the dysmenorrhea symptom score and cox scale before the first treatment and 3 months after the end of the treatment,indicating that the effect of Tujia medicine rolling and ironing therapy was comparable with moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea.Conclusion:Tujia medicine rolling therapy can effectively relieve the pain degree of primary dysmenorrhea,which is a comfortable and effective treatment for primary dysmenorrhea,which is worth popularizing and applying.
