目的:探讨与分析蒙药炮制方法对蒙药中化学成分的影响,为选择合理的炮制工艺提供参考。方法:整理与总结蒙药的传统炮制工艺,以及蒙药中的主要化学成分,例如生物碱、多糖、苷类、黄酮类等物质在炮制过程中的变化。结果:在炮制过程中,温度、时间、辅料等因素均可能导致蒙药中化学成分的性质和含量发生改变,从而影响其药效的发挥。结论:依据蒙药中化学成分对其疗效的影响,合理调整炮制工艺,可提高蒙药的功效,保证其临床用药的安全性。

Objective:Discuss and analyze the influence of Mongolian medicine processing method on the chemical composition of Mongolian medicine,and provide reference for formulating and selecting reasonable processing technology.Method:Sort out and summarize the traditional processing technology of Mongolian medicine,and the main chemical components in Mongolian medicine,such as alkaloids,polysaccharides,glycosides,flavonoids and other substances during processing.Results:In the process of processing,due to factors such as temperature,time,excipients,etc,the properties and contents of chemical components in Mongolian medicine may change,thus affecting the exertion of its efficacy.Conclusion:According to the influence of chemical components in Mongolian medicine on its curative effect,rational adjustment of processing technology can effectively improve the efficacy of Mongolian medicine and ensure the safety of its clinical medication.
