藏药二十五味珊瑚丸治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of Tibetan medicine 25-taste coral pill in treating coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure

目的:探讨藏药二十五味珊瑚丸治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年1月我院收治的72例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组(35例)和实验组(37例)。对照组采取常规治疗方法治疗,实验组采用藏药二十五味珊瑚丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组心功能指标即左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期直径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期直径(LVEDD)和心脏指标即每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量指数(CI)以及血清因子水平N端脑利钠肽(NTproBNP)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组SV、LVEF、CI指数均有提高,且实验组高于对照组。两组LVESD、LVEDD、NT-proBNP、ICAM-1指数均有下降而实验组各指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:藏药二十五味珊瑚丸治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的疗效显著,能有效改善心脏血压以及心功能,减少药物使用不良反应发生率,可临床推广。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Tibetan medicine 25 kinds coral pill on coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods:A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group(35 cases)and experimental group(37 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with 25 kinds of Tibetan medicine coral pills.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared respectively.Results:Before treatment,cardiac function indexes were left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),cardiac indexes including stroke output(SV),cardiac output index(CI),serum factor level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NTproBNP),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,SV,LVEF and CI of the two groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.LVESD,LVEDD,NT-probNP and ICAM-1 indexes were decreased in the two groups,while the indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the clinical efficacy was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Twenty five kinds of Tibetan medicine coral pill is effective in treating coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,which can effectively improve the level of cardiac blood pressure and cardiac function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It can be used in clinic.
