摘要
目的:建立清咽六味散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-水(61∶39),流速1 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长225 nm。结果:木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯分别在0.106~2.129μg、0.198~3.950μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1),平均回收率分别为96.2%、96.5%,RSD分别为2.0%、1.3%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于清咽六味散中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Aucklandrin and DehydroAucklandrin in Qingyan Liuwei San.Methods:High-performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)was adopted to separate and determine the two components.The mobile phase was methanol-water(61∶39),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,the detection wavelength was 225 nm.Results:An excellent linearity was obtained of each component,the linear ranges of Costunolide and Dehydrocostuslactone were 0.106~2.129μg and 0.19~3.950μg(r=1),respectively,and the average recoveries were 96.2%and 96.5%with RSDs of 2.0%and 1.3%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used to determine the contents of Aucklandrin and DehydroAucklandrin in Qingyan Liuwei San.
