蒙药五味润僵汤熏洗对全膝关节置换术后膝关节功能及疼痛程度的影响

Effects of Mongolian medicine Wuwei Runjiang Decoction fumigation and washing on knee joint function and pain degree after total knee arthroplasty

目的:观察蒙药五味润僵汤熏洗对全膝关节置换术后膝关节功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2019年2月—2020年12月于我院行全膝关节置换术治疗的患者84例进行研究,按照随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组术后予常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合蒙药五味润僵汤熏洗治疗,比较两组膝关节功能评分(HSS评分)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)及膝关节肿胀程度。结果:术后7 d、14 d观察组疼痛评分、肿胀程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膝关节功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药五味润僵汤熏洗应用于全膝关节置换术后,可降低术后膝关节疼痛、肿胀程度,改善膝关节功能,促进术后康复。

Objective:To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Wuwei Runjiang Decoction fumigation and washing on knee function and pain degree after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 84 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected for study and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training after operation,and the observation group was treated with Mongolian medicine Wuwei Runjiang Decoction fumigation and washing on the basis of the control group.Degree of joint swelling.Results:The pain score and swelling degree of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 7 days and 14 days after operation(P<0.05);the knee joint function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Wuwei Runjiang Decoction is used for fumigation and washing after total knee arthroplasty,which can reduce postoperative knee joint pain and swelling,improve knee joint function,and promote postoperative recovery.
