针灸推拿联合壮药酒循经涂擦治疗混合型颈椎病的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Zhuang medicinal wine rubbing along the meridian on mixed cervical spondylosis

目的:探究在混合型颈椎病治疗中采用针灸推拿联合壮药酒循经涂擦对其疗效的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年4月于我院康复科治疗的混合型颈椎病患者80例作为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用针灸推拿治疗,观察组在针灸推拿的基础上给予壮药酒循经涂擦。记录并对比两组临床疗效以及干预前和干预14 d后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);在干预实施前两组VAS评分差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预14 d后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿联合壮药酒循经涂擦可提高治疗效果,缓解疼痛感。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Zhuang medicine wine rubbing along the meridian in the treatment of mixed cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with mixed cervical spondylosis who were treated in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from January 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was given acupuncture and massage,while the observation group was given Zhuang medicine wine to rub along the meridians on the basis of acupuncture and massage.The clinical efficacy and the visual analogue scale(VAS)before and 14 days after the intervention were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 14 days of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage combined with Zhuang medicinal wine rubbing along the meridians can improve the therapeutic effect and relieve pain.
