壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的诊断标准和疗效评价体系研究

Diagnostic criteria and therapeutic evaluation system of Zhuang tendon therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:通过临床观察研究,完善壮医经筋疗法对于腰椎间盘突出症的诊断标准和疗效评价体系,为推广壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症做前期临床研究。方法:选取100例辨证为腰椎间盘突出症的患者,采用壮医手法摸结诊病,制订壮医经筋分型诊断标准,通过治疗前后筋结量化评定制订疗效评价体系。结果:通过临床观察,A法总有效率94%,B法总有效率90%,C法总有效率93%。结论:采用壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的诊断标准,能够分型论治,壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效评价体系与JOA下腰痛评价标准的评价结果基本一致,而壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效评价体系能够更好地评价壮医经筋疗法的治疗效果,有利于临床壮医推广。

Objective:To improve the diagnostic criteria and therapeutic evaluation system of tendon therapy of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),conducting early clinical research for the promotion of Zhuang tendon therapy.Methods:A total of 100 patient with LDH were recruited.The subtype of LDH were diagnosed added with nodules observation in Zhuang medicine.The therapeutic evaluation system of Zhuang medicine for LDH were established through quantitative evaluation of nodules before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rates of method A,B,and C are 94%,90%and 93%,respectively.Conclusion:LDH could be treated preferably with tendon therapy and its diagnostic criteria in Zhuang medicine.Therapeutic evaluation system of tendon therapy in LDH is basically in line with JOA scoring criteria of lower back pain.Actually,therapeutic evaluation system of tendon therapy could better evaluate the efficacy tendon therapy in the treatment of LDH,which is helpful for the further promotion and application of tendon therapy clinically.
