蒙药联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of combination Mongolian medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy

目的:使用循证医学的方法,系统比较2型糖尿病肾病蒙医辨证后使用蒙药联合治疗法与常规治疗法的临床效果。方法:依照糖尿病肾病相关标准建立本次研究纳入及排除标准。通过检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文期刊全文数据库等数据库,收集2000—2020年公开发表的研究中蒙药联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病的完整文献,并使用Review Manager5.3进行meta分析。结果:根据本研究纳入及排除标准,共有8篇文献符合要求。以文献的有效率为评价指标进行meta分析。结果表明蒙药联合组及对照组均能治疗2型糖尿病肾病,蒙药联合组OR:3.97,95%CI:[2.21,7.11],P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在结合蒙医辨证论治基础上,蒙药联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病有良好疗效。

Objective:To systematically compare the clinical effects of combination therapy of Mongolian medicine and conventional therapy for type 2 diabetic nephropathy by using evidence-based medicine.Methods:Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established according to related criteria of diabetic nephropathy.By searching CNKI database,Wanfang database,Chinese Biomedical Literature database,and VIP Chinese journal full-text database,we collected the complete literatures on the combination of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy published from 2000 to2020,and performed Meta-analysis using Review Manager5.3.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study,a total of 8 literatures met the requirements.The effectiveness of the literature was used as an evaluation index for Meta-analysis.The analysis results showed that both the Mongolian medicine combination group and the control group could well treat type 2 diabetic nephropathy.The OR of the Mongolian medicine combination group was 3.97,95%CI:[2.21,7.11],P<0.01,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Based on the dialectical theory of Mongolian medicine,the combination of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy has a good effect.
