摘要
目的:评价彝药飞龙通络饮预防髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法:在2019年1月—2020年3月纳入我院60例髋部骨折手术治疗的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取抗凝药配合物理方法预防术后深静脉血栓形成,实验组采用口服彝药飞龙通络饮配合物理方法预防术后深静脉血栓形成,于术后4周行双下肢静脉彩色多普勒超声检测,观察血栓形成的发病率,并进行疗效对比。结果:两组进行预防血栓治疗后,实验组血栓发生率为6.67%(2/30),对照组血栓发生率为10.00%(3/30)。经疗效的组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用彝药飞龙通络饮预防髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓形成疗效与抗凝药预防疗效相当,依从性高,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Yi medicine Feilong Tongluo drink taken orally to prevent deep vein thrombosis after hip fracture.Methods:From January 2019 to March 2020,60 patients with hip fracture surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,30 cases each.The control group took anticoagulant drugs and physical methods to prevent postoperative deep venous thrombosis,the experimental group used oral Yi medicine Feilong Tongluo decoction combined with physical methods to prevent postoperative deep venous thrombosis.Four weeks after surgery,color Doppler ultrasound examination of the veins of both lower extremities was performed to observe the incidence of thrombosis and compare the efficacy.Results:After two groups of patients undergoing thromboprophylaxis,the incidence of thrombosis in the experimental group was 6.67%(2/30),and the incidence of thrombosis in the control group was 10.00%(3/30).After comparing the efficacy,the results were not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of taking Feilong Tongluo Decoction for oral prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip fracture is equivalent to that of anticoagulant drugs.The patient’s compliance is high and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
