浅谈蒙医对原发性青光眼的认识

青光眼是临床上较常见的致盲眼病,是一组以特征性视神经萎缩和视野缺损为共同特征的疾病,病理性眼压增高是其主要危险因素。原发性青光眼是指病因机制尚未充分阐明的一类青光眼,目前尚无特效治疗方法。蒙医理论认为原发性青光眼属于"青盲症"范畴,由三根、七素失常,致房水增多,头痛眼胀,视物日渐昏矇,继而瞳孔变青色,终至失明的一种眼病。治疗以平肝、清热、明目为原则。

Glaucoma is a common disease of blindness in the clinic.It is a group of diseases characterized by the characteristic optic atrophy and visual field defect,and the increase of pathological intraocular pressure is the main risk factor.Primary glaucoma refers to a type of glaucoma whose etiology mechanism has not been fully clarified,and there is no special effect treatment at present.According to the Mongolian medicine theory,primary glaucoma belongs to the"glaucoma blindness"category,which is caused by three-root and seven-element disorders,resulting in an increase of aqueous humor,headache,eye swelling,a increasingly blurred vision,and then pupils turn cyan,and eventually blind.The principle of treatment is calming the liver,clearing heat and improving eyesight.
