摘要
目的:测定追风蒿不同药用部位中木犀草素的含量。方法:测定采用BDS-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸溶液(300∶250∶1),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为350 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:木犀草素在0.039~1.24 mg·m L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999;平均回收率为99.08%,RSD为0.80%。追风蒿花叶、茎、根木犀草素含量分别为0.18%、0.13%、0.03%,地上部分木犀草素平均含量为0.16%。结论:本方法测定追风蒿中木犀草素含量简便、准确、快速,可作为药材质量评价方法之一。
Objective:To determine the content of luteolin in different medicinal parts of Chamaerhodos erecta(L.)Bge.Methods:BDS-C18 chromatographic column was used for determination,the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid solution(300∶250∶1),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 350 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results:Luteolin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.039~1.24 mg·m L-1,r=0.999.The average recovery was 99.08%and RSD was 0.80%.The content of luteolin was 0.18%,0.13%and 0.03%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and fast for the determination of luteolin in Chamaerhodos erecta(L.)Bge.
