阿纳其根化学成分和药理研究进展

Advance in research on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Anacyclus pyrethrum(L.)DC. Roots

阿纳其根为维药常用药材,目前发现阿纳其根中主要含有脂肪酸、N-烷基酰胺类化合物、哌啶类生物碱等化学成分。其药理研究主要集中在治疗白癜风、抗炎、抗肿瘤等作用上。通过文献检索,对近年来阿纳其根的化学成分和主要药理作用的研究进展进行归纳,以期为阿纳其根的研究开发和利用提供参考。

The plants of Anacyclus pyrethrum(L.)DC.Roots are applied extensively as medicinal herbs.At present,it is found that the root mainly contains fatty acids,N-alkylamide compounds,piperidine alkaloids and other chemical components.It had pharmacological effects such as treatment vitiligo,antioxidant,anti-infective,anti-tumor aggregation effects,etc.In this paper,the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Anacyclus pyrethrum(L.)DC.Roots in the recent years are reviewed,which may be helpful for further investigations of these valuable herbs.
