蒙药尤古辛-12丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定

Determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Mongolian medicine Youguxin-12pill

目的:建立蒙药尤古辛-12丸中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱检测方法,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH至6.0±0.1)(26∶2∶72),检测波长403 nm,流速1.0 mL/min-1。结果:羟基红花黄色素A组分峰与其他组分峰达基线分离,羟基红花黄色素A在0.1492~1.492μg范围内,峰面积值与进样量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99996),加样回收率为97.7%,RSD=0.9%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为本品质量控制方法。

Objective:To develop the methods for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Youguxin-12 pill.Methods:hydroxysafflor yellow A was analyzed by HPLC.The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7%phosphoric acid(Adjust pH with triethylamine to 6.0±0.1)(26∶2∶72,v/v).The detective wavelength was 403 nm and the flow rate was1.0 mL/min-1.Results:hydroxysafflor yellow a peak was separated from other components.The linearity was good within the range0.1492~1.492μg(r=0.99996).The average recovery was97.7%and RSD was 0.9%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Youguxin-12 pill.
