摘要
肿瘤微环境主要包括非肿瘤细胞、细胞因子、趋化因子和细胞外基质,是抗肿瘤免疫的重要部分,在肿瘤的形成和侵袭过程中发挥至关重要的作用。中医药能够作用于肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞、细胞因子以及免疫检查点等多个靶点,为肿瘤的治疗提供了新思路。这篇综述以肿瘤微环境为出发点,阐释了中医药在肿瘤免疫治疗方面的最新进展。
The tumor microenvironment mainly includes non-tumor cells,cytokines,chemokines and extracellular matrix.It is an important part of anti-tumor immunity and plays a crucial role in the formation and invasion of tumors.Traditional Chinese Medicine can act on multiple targets such as immune cells,cytokines and immune checkpoints in the tumor microenvironment,providing a new idea for the treatment of tumors.Starting from the tumor microenvironment,this review explains the latest progress of traditional Chinese medicine in tumor immunotherapy.
