胸腔积液中Cdc6的表达及临床意义

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFCANCE OF CELL DIVISION CYCLE 6 (Cdc6) IN HYDROTHORAX

目的探讨胸腔积液中细胞分裂周期蛋白6(cell division cycle 6,Cdc6)的表达及其对肺癌和结核的鉴别意义。方法以Cdc6 mRNA为分子标志物,应用实时定量PCR技术,检测胸腔积液中Cdc6基因的表达,进一步分析两种疾病的表达差别。结果Cdc6在胸腔积液中具有表达,而且肺结核疾病患者胸腔积液中的表达量高于在肺癌疾病患者中的表达量(P<0.05)。灵敏度为86.7%,特异度为73.3%。结论Cdc6在肺癌和肺结核疾病中的相对表达量有显著差别,对区分肺癌和肺结核疾病患者有指导意义。

Objective To investigate the expression of cell division cyclin 6(Cdc6)in pleural effusion and its significance in differentiating lung cancer from tuberculosis.Methods The expression level of Cdc6 mRNA in pleural effusion was detected by QT-PCR,and analyzed the different expression in this two disease.Results The expression of Cdc6 in pleural effusion was higher than that in lung cancer(P<0.05).The sensitivity was 86.7%and the specificity was 73.3%.Conclusion There are significant differences of Cdc6 mRNA expression in tuberculosis and malignant pleural effusion,which has guiding significance in distincting lung cancer and tuberculosic.
