电磁定位引导体模穿刺的实验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF ELECTROMAGNETIC POSITIONING GUIDED BODY MODEL PUNCTURE

摘要 目的通过电磁定位引导体模内橡胶小球穿刺的实验研究,评估电磁定位穿刺导航的准确性及稳定性。方法(1)选取8个透明聚丙烯箱子模拟人体体腔,并分别在内部固定4枚软橡胶弹力球作为导航穿刺目标,在体模表面黏贴4~6个金属小球Mark,进行体模CT扫描后图像数据导入电脑备用。(2)将体模CT数据三维重建,注册配准后在电磁定位导航系统引导下进针穿刺靶目标。(3)观察是否刺中目标,同时收集配准误差、一次性穿中目标次数、穿刺时间。结果电磁定位导航穿刺前8次的配准精度平均误差(0.826±0.029)mm,一次性穿刺准确率为100%,平均穿刺时间(22.1±2.6)s。结论电磁定位导航的定位精度高,且具有较高的稳定性,引导穿刺准确率高,穿刺时间短。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy and stability of electromagnetic positioning puncture navigation,the experiment of rubber ball puncture in phantom was conducted.Methods①Eight transparent polypropylene boxes were selected to simulate the human body cavity,and four soft rubber elastic balls were fixed as the navigation puncture targets respectively.Four to six Mark metal balls were pasted on the surface of the phantom,and the image data were imported into the computer for backup after CT scanning of the phantom.②3 D reconstruction of CT data of phantom,after registration and under the guidance of electromagnetic positioning and navigation system,the target was punctured.③Whether the target was stabbed or not was observed,and the registration error,the number of times of one-time target wear,and the puncture time were collected.Results The registration accuracy of 8 times before the electromagnetic positioning navigation puncture was(0.826±0.029)mm,the accuracy of one-time puncture was 100%,and the average puncture time was(22.1±2.6)s.Conclusion The positioning accuracy of electromagnetic positioning and navigation is high,and it has high stability,high accuracy of guiding puncture and short puncture time.
