汽车空调多风口风量测试实验台研究

摘要 汽车空调通过控制鼓风机转速和电机位置,实现空调的模式、温度、风量调节。不同鼓风机转速、出风模式和温度电机位置的组合是复杂多样的。当前风量测量方式为各出风口逐个测量,风量测量装置需要在各个出风口之间进行拆装。为了有效避免风量测量装置在多个出风口之间重复拆装,有效提高试验效率,并且在测量目标出风口风量时,不影响其他出风口出风,能够有效还原空调箱出风状态,测量出空调箱正常工作时出风口风量,设计了一种汽车空调多风口风量测试实验台。本实验台在不增设流量计的基础上,设计了多个风量测量口的结构,可直接与空调箱的所有出风口连接,且各出风口风量测量时互不影响,保证测量准确性。 By controlling the speed of the blower and the position of the motor,the mode,temperature and air volume of the automobile air conditioner can be adjusted.The combination of different blower speeds,outlet modes and temperature motor locations is complex and varied.The current air volume measurement method is to measure each air outlet one by one,and the air volume measurement device needs to be disassembled between each air outlet.In order to effectively avoid repeated disassembly and assembly of the air volume measuring device between multiple air outlets,effectively improve the test efficiency,and effectively restore the air output state of the air conditioning box without affecting the air output of other air outlets when measuring the air volume of the target air outlet,and measure the air output of the air outlet when the air conditioning box is working normally,a multi-air volume test bench for automobile air conditioning is designed.On the basis of not adding flowmeter,the structure of multiple air volume measuring ports is designed in this experiment table,which can be directly connected with all the air outlet of the air conditioning box,and each air outlet does not affect each other when measuring the air volume,so as to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
