流量—比摩阻曲线的电算实现方法

摘要 设计中常用限定比摩阻值来确定管路管径,而比摩阻的查找方式一般都是采用查表的方式,这样既不方便调整而且误差也较大,作者采用常用的EXCEL程序中的VBA编程计算各管径在各流速下的比摩阻数据,结合MATLAB软件进行数据拟合,得出流量—比摩阻曲线的拟合方程,方便设计过程中用EXCEL软件计算管径与阻力的关系,提高设计计算效率。 In the design,the specific friction value is usually limited to determine the pipe diameter,and the way to find the specific friction is generally the way to look up the table,which is not convenient for adjustment and also has a large error.The author uses VBA programming in the EXCEL program to calculate the specific friction data of each pipe diameter at each flow rate,and uses MATLAB software to fit the data to get the fitting equation of the flow specific friction curve It is convenient to use Excel software to calculate the relationship between pipe diameter and resistance in the design process,so as to improve the design calculation efficiency.
