摘要 本文采用中央空调制冷群控系统在线检测冷却塔组的换热能效和冷幅,探讨基于换热能效比和冷幅的自动控制方法,使得冷却塔组始终保持合理高效运行,实现换热能效比与冷幅的双达标。本文在实验项目上运行数据表明:从去年8月1日投入运行至当年11月30日,其平均换热能效比达到196.75,平均冷幅达到2.94℃,节能效果明显。 In this paper,the cooling tower group of the central air conditioning group cooling control system was adopted to test the heat exchange energy efficiency and cold amplitude online,and the automatic control method based on the heat exchange energy efficiency ratio and cold amplitude was discussed,so that the cooling tower group always maintained reasonable and efficient operation,and the double standards of heat exchange energy efficiency ratio and cold amplitude were realized.In our paper,the running data of the experimental project showed that from August 1 to November 30 last year,the average energy efficiency ratio of heat transfer reached 196.75,the average cooling amplitude reached 2.94℃,and the energy saving effect was obvious.
