本文以天津海河金茂府项目为例,主要介绍近些年主流科技住宅中的暖通设计方案,并介绍不同开发商在一些设计方案中的差异。通过对冷热源选择,空调/采暖系统设计,通风系统设计及自控设计介绍,使读者对科技住宅项目的暖通设计有一个初步的了解。

Taking Tianjin Haihe Jinmaofu project an an example,this paper mainly introduces the HVAC design scheme in the mainstream technology residential buildings in recent years,and introduces the differences among different developers in some design schemes.Through the introduction of cold and heat source selection,air conditioning/heating system design,ventilation system design and automatic control design,the readers will have a preliminary understanding of the HVAC design of science and technology residential projects.
