摘要
本文通过对真空脱气机工作原理的分析,分别对去除溶解氧和游离性气体临界脱除两种脱气工况时,在闭式循环水系统应用造成的水质变化的理论分析。得出更优质的方案。理论分析表明,在两种工况下,采用真空脱气机对循环水进行脱气,能够加速水质碱性化趋势,尤其是加速循环水硬度垢的形成。同时通过这种技术针对针对各个行业普遍采用的真空脱气技术进行初步探讨,为改进和提高脱气效果提供一些理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the working principle in the vacuum degassing machine,the theoretical analysis in the water quality changes caused by the application of the closed circulating water system in the two degassing conditions of removing dissolved oxygen and critical removal in free gas was carried out in this paper.Come up with a better plan.Theoretical analysis shows that the degassing in circulating water by vacuum degassing under two working conditions can accelerate the trend of alkalinity in water quality,especially the formation in hardness scale of circulating water.At the same time,the vacuum degassing technology widely used in various industries is preliminarily discussed through this technology,which provides some theoretical basis for improving and improving the degassing effect.
