摘要
为采集粮食储备库分布式粮堆湿度在线监控系统中的湿度数据,了解粮食储备库粮堆的湿度情况并评估环境状态,本文设计开发了一套粮食储备库分布式粮堆湿度监控系统软件,该软件具备实时采集、显示与存储粮食储备库分布式粮堆湿度信息的功能,同时集成湿度变化趋势分析和粮食储备库粮堆湿度状态评价等方法,能够智能控制关联的空调/风机等排湿装备进行湿度调节处理,实现了粮食存储库分布式粮堆湿度的智能化监控和管理,保证粮食的存储质量和存储周期。
For the purpose of collecting the humidity data in the distributed humidity monitor and control system of grain Reserve Bank,and understand humidity situation in grain Reserve Bank and assess the environmental status,this paper designed and developed a distributed humidity monitor and control system software of grain Reserve Bank.The software had the function of collecting,displaying and storing distributed humidity information in real time,integrating methods such as trend analysis of humidity changes and evaluation of humidity status of grain reserve.Besides,the software was able to intelligently control the associated air-conditioning/fan and other dehumidifying equipment for humidity adjustment and processing.It realized the intelligent monitoring and management of distributed humidity in grain storage,and ensured the storage quality and regulated storage cycle of grain.
