江西省知识产权远程教育人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talent Training Mode of Intellectual Property Rights Distance Education in Jiangxi Province

人才作为知识产权事业发展的首要资源和先决条件,是知识产权强国建设的战略支撑。本文以江西知识产权远程教育平台为依托,以知识产权人才培养模式为切入点,分析当前江西省知识产权远程教育人才培养模式存在的不足,进而提出明确人才培养目标、健全人才培养网络体系、加强模式创新和效果评价、强化政策支持和资金保障等建议,以期拓宽知识产权人才培养路径,扩大知识产权人才队伍,提高江西省知识产权治理能力和水平。

As the primary resource and prerequisite for the development of intellectual property rights(IPR),talents are the strategic support for the construction of a strong IPR country.This article is based on the Jiangxi Intellectual Property Distance Education Platform and takes the IPR talent training model as the starting point to analyze the shortcomings of the current IPR remote education talent training model in Jiangxi Province.It then proposes suggestions such as clarifying talent training goals,improving the talent training network system,strengthening model innovation and effectiveness evaluation,increasing policy support and financial security,in order to broaden the path of IPR talent training,expand the team of IPR talents,and improve the IPR governance capacity and level of Jiangxi Province.
