摘要
从精益化、数字化到智能化,转型和升级是企业维持长远可持续发展的必要手段。过去十年和未来十年,是国际产业格局大调整期,也是中国制造业转型和革新的战略机遇期和重要窗口期。基于某动车装配车间建设实践,本文围绕产线规划、产线构建、运行管理和优化改进四个方面,构建了数字化精益产线的体系架构,提出了从工位到产线再到车间的精益化和数字化融合路径,并以该车间总装产线改造为例,展示了数字化精益产线的实现方案及关键节点,旨在为同类企业的数字化、智能化转型提供参考借鉴。
From lean,digital to intelligent,the transformation and upgrading are necessary means for enterprises to maintain long-term sustainable development.The past decade and the next decade have been a period of major adjustment in the international industrial landscape,as well as a strategic opportunity and important window for the transformation and innovation of China's manufacturing industry.Based on the construction practice of a certain high-speed train assembly workshop,this article constructs an digital lean production line system architecture around four aspects:production line planning,production line construction,operation management,and optimization and improvement,Which proposes a lean and digital integration path from workstations to production lines and then to workshops.Then,taking the final assembly line renovation of the workshop as an example,the implementation plan and key nodes of the digital lean production line are demonstrated,aiming to provide reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of similar enterprises.
