国内外黄瓜农药残留限量标准比对分析

Comparative Analysis of Pesticide Residue Limit Standards in Cucumber at Home and Abroad

本文选取黄瓜为研究对象,将中国与国际食品法典委员会、欧盟、美国、日本、中国香港等组织/国家/地区的黄瓜农药残留限量法规及标准进行了比对,并对指标限值差异进行了分析,旨在为我国黄瓜农残限量标准的制修订提供理论依据,进而促进我国黄瓜产品品质及黄瓜产业国际竞争力的提升。

This article selects cucumbers as the research object,compares the pesticide residue limit regulations and standards in cucumber between China and the Codex Alimentarius Commission,the European Union,the United States,Japan,and Hong Kong,China.Then,it analyzes the differences in indicator limit values.The aim is to provide theoretical basis for the revision of China's cucumber pesticide residue limit standards,and promote the improvement of China's cucumber product quality and international competitiveness of the cucumber industry.
