摘要
针对轻型发射机一次装调合格率偏低的问题,组建QC小组,开展质量攻关。利用PDCA法、排列图、系统图等工具,通过现场测量、分析试验及调查研究等方式,找出问题症结,制定并实施针对性的对策及巩固措施。结果表明,“设计内旋式可调节工装”和“修复校准平台”可有效解决“光斑位置偏移”的问题,从而实现了提高轻型发射机一次装调合格率的目标。
In response to the problem of low pass rate of light transmitters in one installation,a QC team has been established to carry out quality research and development.The QC team uses tools such as PDCA,Pareto diagrams and system diagrams to identify the root causes of problems through on-site measurements,analysis experiments and investigation research,then develop and implement targeted countermeasures and consolidation measures.The results show that"designing internal rotating adjustable fixtures"and"repairing calibration platforms"can effectively solve the problem of"laser spot offset",thereby achieving the goal of improving the pass rate of light transmitters in one installation.
