黑龙江省东部地区大米中汞、镉、铅、铬、砷含量调查及健康风险评估

Investigation and Health Risk Assessment of Mercury,Cadmium,Lead,Chromium,and Arsenic in Rice in the Eastern Region of Heilongjiang Province

摘要 为调查黑龙江省东部地区大米受汞、镉、铅、铬、砷污染情况,评价经大米途径摄入这五种重金属的健康风险,本研究从鹤岗、双鸭山、七台河、伊春和佳木斯采集了230份大米样本,并采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行重金属含量测定。结果显示,大米样品合格率达到100%,大米中汞、镉、铅、铬、砷含量均小于国家标准中的限量值。经分析,五种重金属的单因子污染指数和综合污染指数均小于0.6,表明该地区大米总体处于安全级别;砷的目标危害系数(THQ)和重金属总目标危害系数(TTHQ)均大于1小于10,提示长期食用该地区的大米可能会对当地居民的身体健康有不良影响。 To investigate the pollution of mercury,cadmium,lead,chromium,and arsenic in rice in the eastern region of Heilongjiang Province,and evaluate the health risks of these five heavy metals ingested through rice pathways,this study collected 230 rice samples from Hegang,Shuangyashan,Qitaihe,Yichun,and Jiamusi,then determined the heavy metals content using microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results showed that the qualified rate of rice samples reached 100%,and the contents of mercury,cadmium,lead,chromium,and arsenic in rice were all below the limit values in the national standards.After analysis,the single factor pollution index and comprehensive pollution index of the five heavy metals are all less than 0.6,indicating that the rice in the region is generally at a safe level;The target hazard coefficient(THQ)of arsenic and the total target hazard coefficient(TTHQ)of heavy metals are both greater than 1 and less than 10,indicating that long-term consumption of rice in the region may have adverse effects on the health of local residents.
