摘要
创新成果专利化一般分为原始创新专利化、集成创新专利化、引进消化吸收再创新专利化三种类型。研究团队从技术、管理、市场、政策和法律等五个层面出发,对三种创新成果专利化所需要面对的问题进行分析。在此基础上,构建评价指标体系并形成问卷,再邀请相关专家对指标问题进行打分,并运用层次分析法计算各评价指标的权重。根据计算结果,分析并找出三类创新成果专利化过程中的关键问题。
The patentization of innovative achievements is generally divided into three types:original innovation patentization,integrated innovation patentization,and introduction,digestion,absorption,and re innovation patentization.The research team analyzes the problems that need to be faced in patenting of three innovative achievements from five aspects:technology,management,market,policy,and law.On this basis,a system of evaluation indicators is constructed and a questionnaire is designed,and some relevant experts are invited to rate the indicator issues,then the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to calculate the weights of each evaluation indicator.Based on the calculation results,the research team analyzes and identifies the key issues in the patenting process of three types of innovative achievements.
